- Complete Your Benefit Profile- It’s an easy-to-use data sheet which outlines your current benefits program and allows us to understand your benefits needs.
- Meetings to Discuss Specifics- We meet with you at your convenience to discuss the specifics of the program, how the products offered can meet the needs of your employees and the steps involved in preparing for the employee enrollment period.
- Work With Your Payroll Department- Once you have authorized us to begin, we can work with your payroll department to set up payroll billing deduction in the most effective and efficient way for you.
- Generate interest- To help generate interest in any program, we provide communication materials for distribution to your employees prior to the enrollment period.
- Meeting With Employees- Each enrollment period, we meet with employees to advise them of the additional benefits you are offering and show them how these benefits can help them.
- Payroll Deduction Begins- At the end of each enrollment, you payroll department does the necessary programming to start payroll deduction for the enrolled employees.
- Ongoing Service- We meet with existing employers and newly eligible employees at least once a year.
- Employee Questions and Claims- Your agent can assist with questions or claim form completion. Plus, there are dedicated customer service toll-free telephone numbers for policyholders.
